  • Human Resources
HR Business Partner Lead
This is an exciting position for highly skilled HR Business Partner to lead the HR Business Partners that work with Business Unit managers, department heads and directors to provide and implement an effective business and strategic HR strategy through effective people strategies to ensure succesful delivery. This position is responsible for the oversight and assistance to all HR Generalists placed within the Business Unit.  This includes responsibility and supervision for day to day Human Resource activity, system updates, etc.
Requirement
·       A degree in Human Resources, or Business.
·       Experience in the management of HR functions of at least 5 years.
·       Experience in HR of at least 7-10 years.
·       Relevant advanced degree will be an advantage. Has HR Management/Partner/Specialist experience in medium/large organisation
  • Resourcing and Recruitment Manager
The resourcing manager will drive the identification and recruitment of the highest quality candidates to the front-line business and contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports company goals. This position is responsible for the management of all internal job placements, promotion and job transfer activity and also includes responsibility for manpower planning and analysis, and succession planning.
Requirements
·       A degree in Human Resources, or Business.
·       Experience in Human Resources of at least 5-7 years.
·       Experience in supervision.
·       Relevant advanced degree will be an advantage.
·       Has HR Management/Partner/Specialist experience in medium/large organisation
  • Head, Compensation & Benefits
This position is responsible for the management of all pay and benefit plans within the company.  This includes yet is not limited to the development of the compensation infrastructure, incentives, and rewards systems; along with the administration of all group insurance, and pension plans.
·       Requirements
·       A degree in Engineering, Mathematics or any numerate degree.
·       Direct experience in the management of a corporate compensation and benefit program of at least 7-10 years. 
·       Relevant advanced degree will be an advantage.
  • Head, Organisational Development and Transformation
This position is responsible for company-wide implementation of all change management  and transformation initiatives .  This includes the full integration of the company mission, vision and values. It also includes leading the development of a company wide change programme that will ensure increased prodcutivity and improved business results.
·       Requirements
·       A degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business.
·       Experience of at least 7-10 years in the design and development of Change Management initiatives.
Strategy & Policy
  • Head, Scorecard Management
This role entails coaching the executive team in selecting targets and identifying strategic initiatives required to achieve targeted performance on the scorecard measures and serve as the central organizational resource to coach, educate, train, and assist local project leaders about the scorecard methodology and tools.
Requirement
·       An MBA Degree from a recognized university
·       Minimum of 10 years experience
·       Experience working through strategy, designing, building, testing and implementing large enterprise projects
  • Head, Organizational Alignment
This role will work with various stakeholders to lead IBEDC’s process mapping assessments and future state design workshops to improve efficiency, ensure timeliness of deliverables, identify performance gaps, capture pain points, recommend technology enhancements, prioritize action items, and institutionalize a Six Sigma quality discipline into each process.
Requirement
•       An MBA preferably in a recognized university
•       Candidate should have 10+ years of progressively responsible and complex experience in organization effectiveness, designing leadership and employee development programs, managing change/transition, senior leadership coaching, team building, and building systemic capacity in a complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.Prior management and/or team lead experience is highly preferred
•       Knowledge of many disciplines including: business process analysis, performance benchmarking, change management, risk management/control, rationalization, and general auditing techniques.
•       Demonstrates the ability to overlay a structured framework to problems: disaggregate data, abstract key characteristics and dynamics; diagnose / isolate root causes; extrapolate to solutions; able to locate trends and levers, based on data.
  • Head, Strategy Review
To lead the strategic planning process within the company and ensure external research is done and used as insights to enable the formulation of business strategies and to perform external and internal competitive analysis, conducts scenario planning, organize and run the annual strategy meeting, and coaching the executive team on strategic options.
Requirement
·       A Master's degree in a social science, mathematics, statistics, business, economics, or other research field is required.
·       Demonstrated specialized experience in research with proven ability to administer, design, and effectively maintain a research program at a state-of-the-art level is required.
·       Demonstrated experience with the various facets of information technology, knowledge management support systems, and state-of-the-art statistical software.
·       Demonstrated familiarity with research requirements for validation of assessment programs.
 
  • Head, Initiative Management
This role will ensure and oversee effective strategy communication function and strategic planning function which performs external and internal competitive analysis, conducts scenario planning, organizes and runs the annual strategy meeting, and coaches the executive team on strategic options.
Requirement
·       MBA degree or equivalent
·       7+ year’s previous experience in a targeted marketing/planning environment with solid understanding of campaign objectives, process and execution.
·       Prior management and/or team lead experience is highly preferred
 
  • Business Analyst
The role of the Analyst is supporting the Strategy and Policy office in all its function areas including but not limited to emerging issue identification, project scoping, policy position development, roundtables and events, presentations and communications and advocacy.
Requirement
·       Degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Market Research, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
·       A minimum of 3 years experience in a Market Research or Business Analyst role
·       Previous experience/knowledge of SQL and relational databases is preferred
·       Familiarity developing retention strategies, preferably in an industry involving subscription-based services is preferred
