Employer: Myrtle Management Consultants Our client is an Investment Banking and securities trading firm with outsourcing Lincence. With a Head Office in Lagos.
- The successful candidate for this role will be resident and work from Lagos.
- Reporting to the CEO your roles & responsibilities will include:
- Designing & creating the HR Strategy in line with the business vision.
- Working closely with the senior stakeholders to drive talent management & talent needs locally to meet the business requirement.
- Implementing and standardising the employee life cycle processes and policies across all locations in Nigeria.
- Creating & executing processes to manage the entire employee life cycle with the team
- Driving end to end HR within the organization.
- Lead the HR, payroll and L&D functions to ensure that the organisations people strategy is delivered and that employees and line managers receive a first class service from the HR team.
- Drive employee engagement by driving, creating and promoting engaging messages and communication campaigns for employees through various communication channels.
- You will be working with challenging stakeholders so you must be credible and able to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business.
- Work with Management to design and shape communications and engagement throughout employee on-boarding
Candidate Requirements
The Successful Applicant
- You come with 7-10 years of experience as a Generalist HR within the Banking and Financial Services space.
- Should have an MBA in HR or HR Masters degree from a reputed business school or university.
- Candidate must have good Performance Management knowledge or skills.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven to succeed.
- You must have excellent communication skills coupled with stakeholder management and are looking at taking up the next challenging role in your career.
- Proven track record designing and managing recruitment marketing programs across multiple locations
- Ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels across the business
- Ability to be able to adapt plans and activity quickly.
- Strong project management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple and competing priorities; ability to organize self and others to deliver great results.
- Ability to develop relationships and manage potential partnerships with relevant organizations.
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate both internally and externally.
- Strong and flexible team player.
