Job description:

• Responsible for all Marine Services and corresponding safety management ,
• Responsible for operations of loading, storage and off-loading of crude oil,
• Enforces relevant HSE and QNQC procedures,
• Provides vessel pilotage duties when required,
• Manages the interfaces with MOM, Production, Maintenance , HSE, Security and Logistic .
• Company's Legal representative on board FPSO
Scope of work
• FPSO marine operations including management of all site support vessels,
• Inspection of site support vessels, when required,
• Export tanker liaison and scheduling,
• Crude loading and storing, off-loading, outflow monitoring,
• FPSO stability, hull stresses, ballasting, water, diesel oil and other products monitoring,
• Assist the MOM with the organisation and management of marine operations,
• Management and updating of the 181 Level corrective and preventive maintenance plan for all equipment associated with marine and logistic operations
• Spare parts management for marine and logistic equipment ,
• Provide Loading Master duties during off-loading periods, and provide Pilotage services as required,
• Management of Sea and air transport operations and communications, including guidance or advice as required.
• Review and update the Marine Procedures . Submit the Procedures to the MOM for approval and implementation .
• Assist the MOM with HSE procedures implementation, safety courses , vessel training exercises and helicopter emergency response,
• Provide assistance to COMPANY for Marine issues as required .
Context and Environment
• Rotation status: 5 weeks on I 5 weeks off
• Employed off shore on the FPSO

Qualifications:
• STCW 95 Class 1 Certificate (Deck)
• GMDSS General Operators Certificate
• A minimum of 10yrs service on oil tanker VLCC, FSO or FPSO with 5yrs as chief officer or master or harbor pilot with experience of tandem and buoy applications
• Free fall coxswain certificate
• BOSIET Certificate
• Languages: English
• OPITO Helicopter Landing Officer Certificate
