A multinational assessment-driven management advisory and development company requires the services of a candidate for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and Select new Strategic business partners who will become product partners (experienced consultants/businesses who are currently very successful running their own operations and management consultancy)
Coordinate all Strategic business partners (new and existing) to get them to sell/distribute our products
Design and Champion executive briefing sessions around our product lines geared towards business and partner development
Be the anchor person for our annual conferences
Design and Facilitate product training for senior level


REQUIREMENTS
  • Very intelligent, vibrant, matured personality with ownership mindset, self-driven, internally motivated and energetic individual with:
  • Degree in social sciences or business related discipline 
  • Brilliant middle manager to head a team
  • MBA or other business related qualification including ACA, CIMA, ICMA, ACCA etc
  • Degree in psychology or related discipline
  • Excellent presentation skills with PowerPoint


EXPERIENCE
  • Strong sales and business development. HR experience is an advantage
  • Must have worked for a medium to big size organization
  • Experience designing and executing programs
  • Experience with assessment tools - an advantage
  • Proven track record of success at winning new businesses

French could become an asset
