BOTL is a 100% owned Nigerian bookshop founded in 2004, began operations in 2005 June 11 by people that basically enjoy books, who could not find a decent bookshop to visit in PHC ( Port Harcout City ) . You know that feeling you get when you go into a bookshop. the smell of the books, the atmosphere, the mood, staff that knows the book. It all enhances the process of choosing a book, the anticipation of reading the book, it is all about the experience!  Our core purpose is to cater to the needs of veteran readers and novice readers as well, the idea is to encourage people to read, coming out of their reading comfort zone, one person at a time. We want to provide an environment that allows the individual explore the world of books with freedom, excitement and joy. We seek to recruit a self-motivated and innovative candidates to fill this role

Position: Supervisor (Book store)

Location: Rivers State

Minimum Qualification: HND

Required Experience: 3 - 5 years

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordinate staff and store
• Open & Close store each day
• Work on shop floor
• Ensure high quality of customer service
• Conduct inventory management & annual physical inventory
• Liaise with suppliers in Port Harcourt, Lagos, Ibadan and Abuja
• Reports on store sales and accounts, concerns
• Manage BOTL social presence on FB, Twitter etc. 

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be holders of at least a HND or Bachelor’s degree.

The candidates should also have at least three (3) years work experience in a retail

establishment or a busy organization.

The candidate must have effective working knowledge of relevant computer applications,

effective leadership with above average ability to manage people, good communication skills

and be social media savvy, exceptional marketing acumen and ability in report writing.
