Key Role Categories & General Responsibilities
Depending on the track (Engineering, Field Operations, Sales/Account Management, or Early Career/Graduate Programs):
Engineering & Technical Operations
- Design, test, and implement control systems, software applications, and automation technologies.
- Conduct site surveys, mechanical/electrical system evaluation, and technical architecture design.
- Troubleshoot complex industrial machinery, gas flow metering, software interfaces, or building management systems (BMS).
- Maintain strict safety standards and regulatory compliance across project sites.
Sales & Business Development
- Manage key accounts and build customer relationships across target sectors (Oil & Gas, Buildings, Industrial Automation, Aerospace).
- Identify digital transformation and Operational Technology (OT) opportunities for client sites.
- Deliver technical proposals, perform product demos, and achieve strategic revenue goals.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Implement workplace health, safety, and environmental risk assessment programs.
- Perform site safety audits and ensure adherence to local and international OSHA/HSE standards.
Basic Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. / B.Eng. / HND) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Computer, Chemical), Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience Level:
- Early Career / Entry Level: 0–2 years (often applicable to Graduate Trainee / Excellence Programmes).
- Mid to Senior Level: 3–10+ years of domain experience for Field Service Engineers, HSE Managers, or Sales Account Managers.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of control systems, automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SCADA), or industrial processes.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce (SFDC), MS Office, and diagnostic testing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
