ELECTRICAL Commissioning Engineer 
 
Our client is a Fortune 500 engineering company, seeking short-term Commissioning Engineers as follows:
* Based in Teluk Kalung, Terengganu (Malaysia).
* Able to start immediately.
* Minimum of 3 years experience.
* Knowledge in Excel.
* Background in mechanical/electrical.
* Chemical Plant design experience.
 
Core Responsibilities:
  • As discipline Electrical Commissioning Engineer, ensure all electrical systems commissioning scope is clear, and have a good understanding of job roles and responsibilities.
  • To develop the mark-up of subsystem boundary limits of project drawings for all systems at SLD level.
  • To compile and develop detailed Commissioning and Function Test Procedures ensuring all design parameters and function logic control are identified.
  • Input to the Commissioning sequence logic schedule (Level 3).
  • Provide expertise in commissioning preparation, commissioning execution.
  • Supervision of FSR’s and local field technicians during commissioning activities for the project.
  • Complete and execute Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities as identified within each system Commissioning Function Test Procedure.
  • Population of CMS data base (MC/PC ITR’s) as applicable.
  • Participate in all Punch List identification, including tri-party walk through of systems and subsystems.
  • Liaise with CLIENT operations team to ensure visible historical communications so as to allow CLIENT OPS “on the job information and training” as required.
  • Participates in the Handover, Turnover and acceptance of assigned systems and subsystems throughout all phases of the project.
