Job Description

This challenging role as a Regional HR Manager will require the incumbent to utilise their HR expertise and combine it with sound commercial understanding. This position is based in Klang and the incumbent will be responsible for the following:-

• Harmonise all HR policies and procedures throughout region, ensuring the alignment of objectives between HR and the business
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to provide HR consultative advice and serve as the subject-matter expert for all HR-related matters
• Collaborate with Regional Heads of Department and Senior Leadership Team to spearhead HR best practices throughout the organization
• Manpower & Staffing - Drive recruitment & staffing initiatives across the region including involvement in manpower planning , budgeting and reporting
• Learning & Development – Analyse competency gaps and develop specific training programmes and modules to cater to training needs across the region
• Talent Management – Create an effective Talent Management Framework and competency-based assessment according to business needs and organization values as part of retention strategy

Qualification:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Minimum: 8 years of experience in Human Resources field; talent management and learning & development
• Ability to work independently as an individual or as part of a team
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
