Open Vacancies & Entry Requirements

1. Pilot Trainee (JSS 2 / GL 06)
   
   
   • Qualifications: Minimum of OND in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering; WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent.
     
     
   • Certifications: Seafarers Medical Certificate of Fitness and mandatory STCW certificates.
     
     
   • Age Limit: 20 – 27 years.
     
     
2. Marine Engineering Trainee (JSS 2 / GL 06)
   
   
   • Qualifications: Minimum of OND in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science.
     
     
   • Certifications: Seafarers Medical Certificate of Fitness.
     
     
   • Age Limit: 20 – 27 years.
     
     
3. Trainee Seaman & Signalman-in-Training (JSS 3 / GL 04)
   
   
   • Qualifications: SSCE/WASSCE/NECO with at least 5 credits in Science subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) in not more than 2 sittings.
     
     
   • Age Limit: 18 – 25 years.
     
     
   • Bonus: ICT proficiency is an added advantage.
     
     
4. Radio Officer II & Assistant Manager (Radio) (SSS 4 / GL 08)
   
   
   • Qualifications: B.Sc / HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant discipline.
     
     
   • Certifications: Standard of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) certification.
     
     
   • Age Limit: 23 – 35 years.
     
     
5. Marine Officer II (SSS 4 / GL 08)
   
   
   • Qualifications: OND in Nautical Science with OOW (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency.
     
     
   • Age Limit: 22 – 35 years.
     
     
6. Senior Marine Officer / Engineer & Assistant Manager (Harbours)
   
   
   • Qualifications: Class 1 or Class 2 Certificate of Competency (Deck) Unlimited / Chief Mate Unlimited / 1st Mate Certificate.
     
     
   • Requirements: Mandatory maritime certifications, Seafarers Medical Certificate, and ability to swim.
     
     
   • Age Limit: 25 – 35 years.
     
     

General Requirements

• Must present verifiable academic and professional credentials.
  
  
• Computer literacy and ICT skills are advantageous across all positions.
